NEW - Publishing Point System
At our Reunion event in Phoenix this week, we’re making an exciting announcement. We will be introducing a Publishing Points system. This is great news for you!
We are in the process of turning all credits into the new HM publishing point system. As of August 16, 2010 the credits in your account will be given their equivalent point value.
Click here to read more about why we are so excited for points. Here's why you should be, too.
• Credits are being converted to the full retail price of the item you purchased.
• You can now use your points on ANY product, but you aren’t tied into the product you originally purchased.
• You can easily create birthday gifts, holiday presents, or home décor without worrying about purchasing a specific item.
All newly purchased points will now expire after two years instead of one year. All previously purchased credits that have been converted to points will expire two years from the date the credit was purchased. Logging into the HM site after the conversion happens will allow you to see the new expiration date for your points.
Here’s an example.
Credit Type Quantity Retail Price Point Value
5x5 storybook 1 $34.95 34.95
7.5x10 storybook 3 $59.96 179.85
The points system is going to make creating your favorite Heritage Makers projects much easier. You should notice the change in your account by August 16th.
Website maintenance
The Heritage Makers website will be unavailable Sunday August 15 at 8:00 p.m. until Monday August 16 at 6:00 a.m. MDT. This is in preparation for the roll of the publishing points system anad new product development code.
For more information about publishing points, see the announcement above.
